Chantelle and John were amazing from start to finish. They were so professional and prompt with their replies and answered every question I had. John arrived on time and went above and beyond. He replaced the caulking and fixed everything he could while providing valuable knowledge on how to maintain it or where things had gone wrong prior to this. I truly wish I contacted Grout Solutions Canada before I hired the last contractor for this job. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially with the service they provide. Well done and thank you!
John did an excellent job cleaning the grout on our bathroom floor and shower walls. We had thought that we would need to get the grout replaced because it looked so discoloured and gross, but John saved us money by doing a fantastic cleaning job instead – the grout colour looks like new. The value was good and the service excellent – I would definitely recommend Grout Solutions Canada, and I will call them again if I have any more grout problems to solve!
We are very happy with John. His Grout Solution company does great work at a reasonable cost. Very reliable. We actually left the keys and went away on vacation. The shower floor was retiled with great results (no more standing water in the shower). Old crumbling grout was replaced on the whole bath floor. We spoke to other contractors, but one failed to show up, and the other promised to follow up with the work and keep canceling. Great experience with Grout Solutions.
Unbelievable results!! I wish I had called years ago!! John cleaned my glass shower doors and replaced all the calking. Cleaned all the grout in my showers as well as my kitchen floor. My bathrooms look brand new! I couldn’t be happier! John is very professional and passionate about his work. He definitely has my recommendation!!
