Our clear coating provides the ultimate protection against hard-to-remove dirt and stains, especially for your grout. It is a one-time application applied to the entire floor after a deep clean. Once applied, it seals the porous grout and tiles, keeping spills and dirt on the surface.

This service makes cleaning low maintenance, minimizing the use of mops, as most dirt can be swept and vacuumed. Having your floors professionally protected with our clear coating will add value to your home and keep your floors looking like new for years to come.

Our process

Four simple steps

Step 1

Steam clean

The area is steam cleaned with a roto wash and industrial steamer, then left to dry.

Step 2

One coat

A single coat is applied to both the tile and the grout.

Step 3

Cure

Dries in 4–6 hours and fully cures in 24. Walk on it after 6 hours.

Step 4

Your finish

Choose Invisible, Satin or High Gloss.

Can clean tile help prevent slips and falls?

It can. Soap film, grime and loose or uneven tile all make a floor more hazardous. Cleaning, repairing and protecting the surface removes those hazards, and we also offer a non-slip sealer for floors that get wet.
