Accessibility Statement

Bad Grout Solutions is committed to making our website and our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer to be able to find information, get a quote and book a visit with dignity and independence, in line with the principles of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Our website standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard referenced under the AODA, and we use WCAG 2.1 as our guide when we add or update content. We build and maintain this site with accessibility in mind, including:

• Clear page structure and headings so screen readers can move through each page
• Text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images
• Readable fonts and colour contrast
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets and at larger zoom levels
• Links and buttons that can be reached with a keyboard

Known limitations

Some older content, such as blog posts and photos carried over from our previous website, and some third-party tools (for example embedded maps, videos or booking forms) may not yet be fully accessible. We review these over time and fix issues as we find them.

Serving you in your home

Our technicians are happy to welcome support persons and service animals, and to adjust how we communicate with you. For example, we can put quotes, care instructions and appointment details in writing. Just let us know what works best for you when you book.
